At Personaltycustom, we are committed to providing high-quality tree and shrub care services. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with the work performed.
Service Completion
Once tree and shrub care services have been completed, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, as the work has been performed on your property. However, we stand behind our work and are committed to addressing any concerns you may have.
Quality Assurance
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will:
- Review your concerns promptly
- Schedule a follow-up inspection if needed
- Address any issues that fall within the scope of the original service agreement
- Work with you to find a satisfactory resolution
Service Modifications
If you need to modify or cancel a scheduled service:
- Contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date
- Modifications may be subject to availability and scheduling constraints
- Cancellation policies will be outlined in your service agreement
Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service completion
- Refunds are only considered for services that were not performed as agreed
- Partial refunds may be provided for partially completed services
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible

If you have a dispute regarding our services:

- We will work in good faith to resolve the matter
- Documentation of the service and any issues will be reviewed
- We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly
Limitations
Please note that:
- Natural variations in plant growth and appearance are expected
- Results may vary based on plant health, weather conditions, and other factors
- Services performed according to industry standards are considered complete
- Additional work beyond the original scope may incur additional charges
